Military & Family Life Counseling

Short-term, non-medical counseling, education and support for service members and their families on or off the installation.

The Military and Family Life Counseling Program offers free non-medical counseling to service members and immediate family members.

Military and Family Life counselors are licensed, professionals trained to work with the military community. They can help with issues such as improving relationships, managing stress, adjusting to change, parenting, and grief and loss. MFLCs are also available for briefings and topic-specific presentations. Services are confidential and available both on and off the installation. Sessions are available in person, by phone and via video.
