Interactive OSBR Info Temporarily Unavailable
The interactive online survivor benefits report, or OSBR, will be unavailable to users until mid-December. Survivors will be directed to the Family Assistance Support Team for an updated OSBR during this time. The initial OSBR will not be affected.
The MyCoastGuardBenefits page provides general information on a wide range of federal and state/territory-level benefits for eligible Coast Guardsmen and their families. It includes information about the Online Survivor Benefits Reports. The interactive OSBR is a financial planning tool available to surviving spouses and dependent children of service members who died while on active duty on or after Sept. 11, 2001.
