Interactive OSBR Info Temporarily Unavailable as of June 14
The interactive online survivor benefits report, or OSBR, will be unavailable to users for about six weeks, beginning June 14, 2024. Survivors will be directed to the Family Assistance Support Team for an updated OSBR during this time. The initial OSBR will not be affected.
The MyNavyBenefits page provides general information on a wide range of federal and state/territory-level benefits for which sailors and their families may qualify. It includes information about the Online Survivor Benefits Reports. The interactive OSBR is a financial planning tool available to surviving spouses and dependent children of service members who died while on active duty on or after Sept. 11, 2001.
