The Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy is a federal office that promotes policies and coordinates with employers and all levels of government to increase workplace success for people with disabilities.
The ODEP works to create policies that support people with disabilities, including those that address topics such as physical accommodations, changing attitudes, diversity and inclusion, accessible technology, flexible work arrangements, transportation, and personal assistance services.
