Veterans Legacy Memorial

The online Veterans Legacy Memorial, launched in 2019, honors nearly 5 million veterans primarily interred in Department of Veterans Affairs national cemeteries and Defense Department cemeteries. The site offers interactive profile pages for each veteran, including their service branch logo and rank, birth and death dates, decorations and the years in which they served. It also allows users to submit information, such as photos and stories, and share their service member’s profile pages on social media.
