Interactive OSBR Info Temporarily Unavailable as of June 14
The interactive online survivor benefits report, or OSBR, will be unavailable to users for about six weeks, beginning June 14, 2024. Survivors will be directed to the Family Assistance Support Team for an updated OSBR during this time. The initial OSBR will not be affected.
The initial and interactive online survivor benefits reports assist survivors in determining the financial benefits they should be receiving, as well as project future benefits.
To gain access to the initial Online Survivor Benefits Reports, surviving family members must provide their email address to the OSBR Family Assistance Support Team.
