American Gold Star Mothers Inc. is a national nonprofit organization of mothers whose sons and daughters died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. Most U.S. chapters work with all veterans service organizations to provide volunteer services to help veterans in hospitals and their communities.

American Gold Star Mothers Inc. connects mothers with other mothers who are going through or have gone through similar experiences.
