Defense Personal Property System, or DPS, System Response Center

If you are moving under the legacy, or Tender of Service program, you will use DPS to schedule and manage your move. See the “Quick Reference Guide” in the upper right-hand corner of the DPS landing page for tutorials on how to perform specific tasks in DPS. Contact the DPS System Response Center for help with:

DPS is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Firefox (version 24 and later), Google Chrome (version 25 and later), and Apple Safari (version 5.1.7 and later). Google Chrome is the preferred browser.

MilMove System Response Center

If you are moving under the Global Household Goods Contract, or GHC, you will be directed to MilMove to submit your initial shipment requests. If you experience an issue while using MilMove (not DPS), contact the MilMove System Response Center for help with:

  • Access and navigation
  • Account issues
  • Technical support

Need help settling in?
